Loyce is an advocate of the High Court and courts subordinate thereto with vast exposure in the area of capital markets, intellectual property, Corporate real estate, family law, mergers and acquisition and insurance law and corporate governance. She is an affiliate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of both the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.

Before joining Andinda & Ariyo Advocates, Loyce worked with a number of law firms and institutions where she was exposed to various aspects of legal practice and was able attain experience in general and specialized legal fields. Loyce as very strong analytical and communication skills and is passionate about corporate governance and strategic leadership.
